Description of 1970 Dodge Charger 500 |
What it's NOT: A number matching, all original car. If that's what you are looking then this is not the car for you. WHAT IT IS: A rare, soon to be antique, stunning looking car that runs great, is fun to drive and turns a lot of heads. Recent improvements (have receipts)TTI Performance HeadersSpraker Racing Enterprises Differential 3:55 Gear RatioSteer & Gear Firm Feel Power steering Gear boxElectronic IgnitionDB Electrical Mini StarterAlternatorWaterpumpUpper and Lower Control Arm BushingsLower Ball Joints I have owned this vehicle since 1986. The exterior body work and paint was done in 1986 and still looks awesome. Car has always been garaged kept. The driver side door had to be repainted (1988) after I swung it open into the garage so the color is very slightly off. There are some scratches in the paint. Vinyl top is in very good shape. The interior seats and headliner could use a refresh and trunk pan will need work. All gauges, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, wipers, horn are operational. Car is ready to be driven.
