1972 Dodge Challenger that was purchased at the Barrett Jackson auction a few years ago. It has a 6:71 Dyers puffed 340 small block dodge with an Offenhauser intake manifold, a 750-cfm Carter carb and Mallory ignition. It also has a 72 727 Dodge Automatic transmission with a 3500 rpm stall converter which keeps the communication going between the engine and rear tires. An Alston tube frame formed the basis for the current iteration which rides on an 8 3/4 mopar rear end with super stock springs, koni shocks, and 15†weld wheels sporting 15†wide Mickey Thompson street tires at the rear and tiger paws on the front. Body modifications included stretching the rear fenders 6 inches and a glass smooth poppy red paint job by Jack Irwin. Reclining bucket seats from a 1978 Arrow and a grant steering wheel highlight the interior along with a max effort sound system for long cruises. Car is Serious inquiries only please.
