Description of 1969 Dodge Coronet Superbee

REVISED ADD- PLEASE READ. 1969 1/2 Dodge Coronet Superbee. Believed to be 13,598 original miles. I purchased the vehicle 11 years ago with only 12,100 miles. Car is located at Adrian Auto Body NY. Car is in the A12 registry (car #244) and is also documented by the original build sheet and the original fender tag. THIS IS A REAL A12 M-CODE SUPER BEE. Car also comes with the original owners manual and a warranty book. Paint is a 9.9 out of a 10 with no visible chips, scratches or dings. The clear coat has been sanded flat in between coats multiple times do give a smooth as glass finish. The interior is 9.5 out of 10. The seats are Legendary covers, new carpet and restored dash. The door/qt interior panels are original and are stamped April 1969. All interior metal parts have been painted factory black and sanded and polished to a mirror glass finish. Glass also appears to be original and has date codes. Original color is code 96 but is painted with code F6. Car runs smooth and has no issues. The ride is smooth and comfortable. Underside has no rot and is painted satin black. Visually the car appears to be the way a A12 Super Bee would have left the factory. This is not the original motor, but has all the details that allows it to appear original.
  • Everything is in correct working order. All gauges, radio, dome light, wipers and all exterior lights including the back up lights work correctly. Even the shifter when in reverse indicator lamp on the dash works. EVERYTHING WORKS. No excuses. The manual 4 spd shifts smooth. The factory 4:10 rear gear ratio makes no noise at all. Factory markings have been duplicated and applied to the correct locations. Car has won many local car shows and could be showcased on "Super Saturday" at a Barrett-Jackson auction. The advantage of buying it here, no 10% buyers fee and the price is negotiable. If you are looking to buy a car that will not be seen at almost any car show you could go to then a 1969 1/2 Super Bee A12 is the car. If you are looking for a car that needs nothing and will win most car shows, this is the car to buy. The car spent many years in California and when it was there restoration work was done by "Restorations by Julius" which is a nationally known Mopar restorer. Eventually the car made its way to North Carolina. The owner at that time had 'Hodges Restorations" (another nationally known Mopar restorer) in South Carolina do some additional work to the vehicle. I have a thick folder with receipts and documentation. The inside of both quarter panels show the original from the factory undercoating which proves that car still retains its original sheetmetal.
Custom made prop rods with a foam holder for the hood come with the car as well so showcasing the unstoppable 440 six pack at car show will be easy.No matter where I am, I always get people young and old asking about the car because of the color, sound (loud) and the untypical styling of this super rare car.Price is negotiable. If anyone has interest please come and see the car in person. If getting here is not possible, then you can feel confident that the pictures and my 100% rating speaks for itself. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Don't miss an opportunity to own a rare and very desirable muscle car. At any given time you may only see 1 or maybe 2 Super Bee A12 cars for sale whether its Ebay, Hemmings, Autobuy, Craigslist or even auctions.

Value Adjustments

+15% for 4-spd. Colors can make an astonishing difference in both value and salability. Note: 440/390 Super Bee was a mid-model year introduction.

I would rate this vehicle as a #2ish. With the additional 15% for the 4spd the value would be $91,770.00
