Description of 1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee

This is an opportunity to purchase a fully restored and documented real-deal Super Bee - tracked back to its original owner.
It was tracked back to the original owner and includes the Chrysler delivery card along with the original build sheet. The pictures of the car on the drag strip are from the original owner in 1970.
The car was professionally restored at my Dad's shop (https://www.longlakecustoms.com) and it was the last car he finished before retiring. It was completed over three years finishing in 2011. It has since been driven in only dry weather, for short cruises and shows (no racing), and has been very well maintained and taken care of. When stored it has always been in a climate controlled environment with a dust cover.
The mileage stated was because we did not roll back the odometer in the restoration. The car has had about 300-400 miles since restoration was completed.
This is a numbers matching build with the 383 engine, 4 barrel carburetor, 4-speed manual transmission, and 3.91 sure-grip (posi) rear end. It was ordered with the N96 Ramcharger hood, axle upgrade package, power steering, power disc brakes, and front disc brakes. It also has the Rally dash with Tick Toc Tach. Please refer to attached build sheet for all options.
To keep the originality of the vehicle, original parts were used where possible. The body was solid with only the rear quarters being replaced in the restoration. The original owner had a side swipe accident in 1971 in one quarter and years of poor repairs made replacing the quarters the best course of action. Doors, fenders, hood, floors, etc were all restored originals.
Please note that the car has new (August 2019) BF Goodrich white letter radials now. The red lines in one picture were too old for continued use. The wheels are original Chrysler wheels and trim rings - not reproductions.
The pictures at the car show were taken on August 2019 when it was invited to be shown at the Crescent Beach Concours show -https://crescentbeachconcours.com/
It has been a pleasure to own this car and it is a head turner with its unique and very muscle car color combination. It is being sold to fund a custom garage project for future builds.
I have included documentation by a highly qualified appraiser to show the condition for the value. Not only the condition of the restoration and the rarity of options push the value, but the fact that it is documented with photo evidence to the original owner drives the value of this rare Mopar. Hagerty value estimate to give bidders an idea of value.
This is a private sale. Message me with any questions. I can assist with arranging transport and brokerage documentation at the buyers cost.
Given the documented history and sentimental value to me, my hope is this goes to someone that can really appreciate this car and take care of it for future generations to come...
This car is listed in other locations and I may close the auction at any time.
