Description of 1978 Dodge Power Wagon

VERY RARE!!!!!!!!!!! 1978 Dodge Power Wagon Crew Cab Short BedUnlike most of the government ordered crew cab GSA trucks that came with full time four wheel drive and auto transmission. this one was a private order truck with the part-time four wheel drive option with the NP205 transfer case. It came with the optional 4500lb Dana 60 front axle (4. 10 ratio) and four speed NP435 manual transmission. and has the 318 two barrel engine. This truck runs and drives very well. has many new parts and recent paint. It does have typical floor board rust for this year truck. but I do have front floor board pans that need to be welded in that are included with truck. The floor boards are bare with no carpet or mat. Everything including the factory A. M. radio does work in this truck. except for the E-brake cable and the driver side window does not roll down. It does have the original upholstery and the front drivers side seat needs repair. For those of you who would be shipping or traveling to pick up the truck. it is located about 15 miles S.
