Description of 1970 Dodge Charger R/T |
Up for Sale is a number’s matching 1970 Dodge Charger R/T 440 Auto car. Car was tucked away in my buddy’s warehouse for over 30 years for safe keeping with the hopes to get to it another day. He has since consolidated his 2 businesses into 1 and realizes that he no longer wishes to restore it so here it is for sale. This is a Real Deal XS29 car with the numbers matching 440 Big Block engine, 727 Torque Flight Trans, 8 ¾ rear, the motor was rebuilt over 20 years ago and has never been fired. This is a column shift car with bucket seats and the rare center jump seat. The car is very solid, the rear passenger quarter has had some bad work done to it but in the right hands might be repairable, it has been stored in a dry building for the past 30 years. But honestly what you are buying is the prominence of a 1970 Charger R/T, all restored this car brings good money. This car is all numbers matching, the trans in the car is a new rebuild, but we have the numbers matching original and it goes with the car of course.
