Description of 1942 Dodge Other WF 31

A rare barn find in excellent original condition. According to my research only 516 of this particular cab and chassis were built in 1942 by Chrysler and only a very few were made into fire trucks. No rust issues at all. Nothing but slight surface rust. no rust repair needed. After World War two this truck given to a local fire department and painted red. But every where the red paint is peeling the original olive green military color is showing through. The only reason I am selling this is that I personally think that it is too nice and too rare of a truck to chop up and turn into a hot rod and that is what I am looking for. I have the manuals for the pumper unit and all of the equipment is still there. hoses and feeds pipes.
