Description of 1940 Dodge D14

Up For Auction is a 1940 Dodge Business Coupe Model D14 equipped with a flat head 6 cylinderthe cars runs, shifts, brakes work, car shifts through all three gears and clutch functions. I would consider this a yard driver.
Carburetor and fuel pump has been rebuilt. New starter and battery cables. I also have the correct battery tray that fits under the front seat put it does not have the top cover.
Great project for custom, hot rod or stock. It was my intention to hot rod this car but I found a convertible instead. This car will require complete restoration. The frame is good condition. Its has a new front floor pan. It needs a new rear floor pan or patching, along with inner and outer rockers. The existing rear floor pan can be saved if you have experience in sheet metal fabrication or you can opt top just purchase a new floor pan. The trunk pan was repaired at some early time.
this car does not come with a 6 volt batterythe running boards have been removed to inspect rockers and will be shipped with carthe seat was removed to inspect floor but we be put back in car for shippingThe left side rocker has been cut-out to but will be included with the car
In my research i found that New inner and outer rockers are available for this car I show the new one in the last photo. however I did not purchase the rockers
