Description of 1965 Dodge Power Wagon |
Here is a truck you do not see every day! Its a 1965 DW200 Power Wagon Swept Line Truck. I am fairly certain this truck was special ordered because of the options it has. Power Steering, Power Brakes, and it also has Factory Air Conditioning! I am 57 and this is the first DW200 I have seen with factory installed air conditioning! The truck shows its original patina. I have not seen any evidence of the truckhaving ever been painted. The 318 Starts right up and the truck runs and drives good. The tires are kneedeep in rubber but I would not trust them at highway speeds as they are old. Shifting this old girl is fun. When its in four low and also in granny low I thinka snail could outrun her! That being said I am pretty sure the truck might justbe able to climb a steeper incline then the snail! The original title shows only one owner before! It does come with the original Dodge Power Wagon emblems and they honestly weigh approx a pound each!!! The bondo you see on the truck was just to patch the holes where theoriginal emblems where. It will need a patch panel on the drivers side floor area and it willneed a condenser and compressor for the ac to work. This baby has flowmaster's and dual exhaust. Selling on a Buy it Now or "Throw me a bone" sales format! That means this auction can and most likely end at a moments notice, so please offer quick so you can have a chance to buy it. Dealers do not miss your chance to showcase a cool rare truck on your lotthat will drive folks in just to see it! This Swept line can be used as is, or you can restore her andmake her like new again but then you will have to wait 55 years beforeshe will look like she does right now!!! Lucky buyer to be responsible for shipping or replace the tires andjust drive it home. Thank you for looking at this old Dodge Power Wagon and check my otherauctions. For those of you who think this is supposed to have dual headlights you're wrong in the middle of the year 1965 they changed them to single headlights |
