1968 Dodge 1/2 ton short step side. 225 slant 6, 3 on the tree. 3.55 gears, Manual steering and brakes I've owned this for three years and it has been my daily driver in nice weather. Needs nothing, everything works: Lights, gauges, wipers, heater, windows go up and down with no issues. Painted in original white before I bought it, floor pans were patched with metal. All I've done since I bought it was a master cylinder and battery. Added tach, second horn, 12 v outlet, map light, new CD stereo with 4 speakers, built console (removable), oak side boards and tool box. Seat is in excellent condition, I assume it was redone at some point. Wood bed floor. Tires have about 5000 miles on them. Also have the 4 stock wheels with hubcaps. No spare, I carry a can of fix-a-flat.
I bought the truck with a little over 51,000 miles now showing 56,417. I believe this to be correct, the truck burns NO oil and I get 18-20 mpg running around Ashe county.
I'm getting older and the manual steering is too heavy for my arms and shoulders. The windshield is original and has some fogging around the edges.
Truck is as is, where is. Come look at it or have it inspected by a third party. Price is firm.
