Description of 1970 Dodge Coronet 440 |
This 1970 Dodge Coronet is truly a unique and special vehicle. Despite its need for work, this car is mainly used for car shows and is sure to impress anyone who sees it, there aren’t many left floating around. Don't miss your chance to own a piece of automotive history with this 1970 Dodge Coronet. Vehicle Details 1970 Coronet Super Bee clone. Originally coronet 440. 512” stroker engine (440 block with 440 source 512 kit, all forged internals, alum edelbrock performer rpm heads, Holley street dominator intake, 950cfm quickfuel street Q carb) painted white with super bee taillight panel, badges and decals. Just installed a brand new distributor, plugs, wires, ignition box, coil, aluminum radiator, electric fan, proform 1 wire chrome alternator, promaster mini starter, and full 3” exhaust. Also just installed a brand new TCI street fighter 727 transmission with a deep B&M aluminum pan, bigger 3/8” cooler lines and a brand new 9.5” FTI 3000 stall competition converter. All lights and electronics work other than the horn. Car has some rust in the drivers side floor pan (I have a brand new licensed mopar pan for it that goes with the car) the paint is showing it’s age with some bubbling, it will need new carpet and the drivers side door panel + passenger side sail panel are starting to come unglued but material is in fine shape. The car currently needs a new starter. I put over 5000 miles on it this summer. Thanks for looking! |
