1985 Dodge Shelby Charger, Turbo, Mopar

It has been in my family since new and has just 63,300 miles. This was my grandfather's car before me. I have owned it the past 11 years. The last picture is it in my grandfather's driveway in 1986.

It still has the original 2.2L turbo engine that starts right up and runs great. The timing belt, water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, spark plugs, plug wires, and a leaking power steering line were recently replaced. I also sourced a used OEM radiator to replace the original that had a small leak.
It’s goes through all of the gears smooth without any pop outs or grinds.
It has always been garaged.The paint is original and still has a great shine. It does have some flaws to be expected after 40 years, but you would be hard pressed to find one nicer with original paint. Zero rust issues. Very rarely driven in the rain (it’s been caught in it a handful of times over the years). Never driven in snow.
The interior is in excellent shape. My grandfather had towels on the seats the whole time he owned it, preserving them to near like new condition. The tachometer intermittently doesn’t work. All other gauges function just as they should.
The only modifications to the car are a Mopar Performance computer, vacuum block, and an SRT-4 boost gauge in the vent (still have the original vent). The A/C lines and compressor have been removed from the car but are included with the sale. Heater works great.
