Description of 1971 Dodge Challenger

1971 Dodge Challenger Convertible. All original and all complete. Numbers matching. 318cu engine. Automatic transmission. Rare one of 1789 convertibles built that year. Original factory air conditioning option car that is still existing. Original exterior gold interior white. Frame appears to be solid with only one spot of rust. Original drive train with 8 3/4 rear end. Partial restoration started as seen in pictures. Original fender tag and door sticker still on car.Exterior: Both doors open and close good with no rust. Front fenders blasted and primed. Rear quarters have some rust by rear wheel wells. Trunk lid and hood are salvageable but have some rust. Bumpers in good shape. Grill taillights and headlights all in good shape. Will need windshield and drivers side glass. Will need new top but frame is there and complete.Interior: Everything needs redone but all is complete including all door and kickpanels seats dash and gauge clusters. All floorboards need replaced extremely rusty.Engine: Original 318 that turns over freely.
