INSPECTION of this item is by appointment only on Tuesday June 16th at 11:00 am. Contact Seller’s Agent at least 24 hours in advance to set up appointment and for information.

PICK UP (Local Pick Up Only) is by appointment on Monday June 22nd or Thursday June 25th at 11:00 am. Contact Seller’s Agent to confirm your pick up date. No shipping is available. The item cannot be prepared for pickup. Item must be removed AS-IS. Buyer must pickup at location on scheduled pickup day and time indicated and must be prepared to remove the item at their cost and with their own resources. Buyer will be responsible for all equipment tools personnel and transportation necessary for loading and removal from site.

Auction Close Policy: Winning Bidders will receive a complete invoice within 24 hours after close of auction. Winning Bidders must contact Seller within 2 days following notification of winning bid to make final payment arrangements. Pickup arrangements will be made at this time.

Payment Policy: Payment to be made through Buyers PayPal account using a confirmed email address. If full payment is not received within 2 days of auction close RTAuctions reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed and Buyer will be Blocked from further Bidding activity. Payment at Pick Up will also be acceptable but MUST be PAID Before Item Will Be Released to Buyer.
