Description of 1983 Ferrari 308

1983 Ferrari GTB QV Euro. Papers are on file with DOT and this car was properly imported in December 1982. The car enjoyed one long time female ownership from 1983 to about 2012. At that time the car was in need of a major servicing. This major servicing was completed in June 2015, pproximately 500 km from the current odometer reading. The carfax and auto check are clean and car runs well.
The cars odometer reads in KM. When imported they simply covered the KM speedometer face with a MPH speedometer face, eeping all internals. The current reading is approximately 99500 km, r just under 62000 miles. This mileage would be consistent with the overall condition of the car.
Aside from a paint respray, adio, nd antenna, his is a highly original driver quality car. The interior is believed to be all original except for the radio which is a newer Blaupunkt. The car appears to retain some of the original paint, ut most of the car has been resprayed. Just about everything except for these items are original, s the car came from the factory. The carpeting, eats, nd dash are very nice.
Original paint sticker, mport plate, ngine tags, indshield stickers, re in place. The tray area behind the headrest and rear glass is faded and deteriorated, ut we decided to keep it since it was original. It will need new tires as the current TRX tires are dry cracked from sitting over the years. There is some evidence of rust repair in the passenger door, ower front corner. The dash, oors panels, nd console are beautifully unmolested with the normal wear on the AC plate. Mechanically the car is strong runner and this summer we enjoyed taking her to a few vintage events. The car drives and it shifts very nicely.
This is a rare opportunity to buy one of the most desirable Ferrari 308 GTBs with only 700 GTB QVs made, nd 1/3 of those being the most desirable European specification with higher horsepower and less weight. Rarely do these cars pop up in America.
NH does not title cars over 15 years old. This car will be sold with a NH registration and a bill of sale. I am a collector living in rural NH, ot a dealer.
