Description of 1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi

1982 Ferrari in rare Fly Yellow original factory color. Paint is original to the car as is all the interior, rims and engine. This is CLASSIQUE ready - FCA Member owned car! This car has won many local shows.
Last Engine Out Service? Just last year but only 400 miles ago. All timing belts, A/C conversion from R-12 to R134A, intake hose, oil, battery, filter, and water pump replaced at Roselli Foreign Repair in San Jose, CA. Car is currently in Pennsylvania, just north of Philly.
Car has 100% documented miles. 100% accurate to its current mileage of 17,988 miles. All records, and I mean ALL RECORDS exist from the very first repair to a most recent service just this year at Algar Ferrari. Algar installed 5 new metric tires (nearly $2500 - these tires, to remain period correct, are nearly $500 each) and was looked over by arguably the most respected dealership in the entire country. Good to go!
This car is about as good as a 308 GTSi will ever come. Anything better and you are heading to the Concourse to show it. It has great paint, a miraculous, collector grade interior with no redying of the leather, and all the gauges work. You can set your own watch by this car.
All rims are as it rolled off the factory floor some 35 years ago. The yellow is very difficult to fund under 20,000 miles and even at 20,000 miles you could drive this car for 2,100 miles before reaching that point, about 100 miles per month for 2 years.
I am selling along with my 1990 Porsche 911 currently on Ebay to buy a Lamborghini. There are so many pictures of this car I do not have the space to list them on here. They can be emailed to you, but only if you are serious buyer.
The car has the original Blaupunkt radio and even the manual for the radio. This would be a first time through Classique example. I have done that arduous process 3x with other cars and this is the best of the bunch.
Car has minor blemish on front quarter panel at very tip of car, hard to see. If you look at the very first picture you have to look all the way to your left. From what Algar Ferrari said, this can be fixed paint free, by an experienced technician. With all the work I had invested, nearly $3000 in just tires and some tuning, I did not fix it. I mention it to be an honest Ferrari Club member. If you walked by the car you would not see it. You would need to be pointed to it. All my cars must meet high standards - PRIVATE SELLER, not a dealer! I have previously sold the highest selling Ferrari 308 in history at over $125,000 over two years ago on Ebay. It just resold for nearly $155,000. I know a good 308 when I see it and this one is as good as they come.
Yes, you can buy $45,000-$55,000 308's, but not like this one. Not with manuals, full roll tool kit, jack, all new tires, recent servicing and under 18,000 miles - it just cannot be done. This is priced for all the right reasons and if you are going to beat me over the head about pricing - you need to read up on what it takes to get a car this nice, with records. Some people would pay $750 just to get this original radio - true. The tool kit, with all the tools, can run over $750 alone. Again, this car is for a Ferrari Collector, not a tire kicker.
