Description of 1974 Fiat Other |
$1,500 - Located in Albuquerque, NM - Clear title Improvements to my car: 1500 cc balanced engine with .06 over pistons (5,000 miles since rebuild) Bosch electronic ignition Flowed and ported high compression head (from a 1300 cc car) by PBS Engineering (PBS big valve head) ($1000 new) 40 mm. intake valves High performance valve springs 13" BWA alloy wheels with 185/60 (front) 215/50 (rear) Lightened gears and flywheel Aluminum crank pulley 5 speed transmission (5,000 miles since rebuild) 1988 X1/9 wing (not installed - not sure if I have this - included if I can find it - missing one tip) Momo steering wheel ($150 new) Momo shifting knob ($50 new) New in box 34/34 Weber carb. (not installed) High-compression suspension springs 42/82 camshaft Front and rear swaybars (not installed) Adjustable Koni struts in the front. KYB struts in the rear. Headers and chrome dual tip exhaust Side mirrors from Bertone built into glass on doors. Spare insulated top. Spare dash Spare 1500 engine cover. (not installed) Big box of spare parts High flow air cleaner No emission testing needed for 1974 car! More pictures at http://irata.com/x19/forsale/white_74.html It has been sitting for 14 years. It did run back then but the carb jets kept clogging. It most likely need the fuel tank cleaned out and the new carb that I have installed. It has a little bit of rust around the the windshield and lots of tree sap on the paint. It doesn't currently run, but it was running when I parked it. The only rust that I saw is around the windshield. No rust that I could see in the rear trunk area/engine compartment. This is a New Mexico/Arizona car so there shouldn't be much rust. I was able to turn the engine easily from the crank nut. The front of the car from just past of the windshield has been replaced. (new nose welded on) It did drive straight back when it ran. The car has had at lease two paint jobs. Not sure why the front of the car was replaced. (accident maybe? - previous owner) I don't know of any other accident damage. The tires are worn out but hold air. The car does roll. The whole rear suspension was replaced with the suspension from a 5-speed car. The parts on the car and included are worth more than $1,500 easily. |
