1966 Fiat 500 with sunroof that was in the same family running the streets of Rome until 3 years ago. The story as told to me was it was purchased by a woman new in 1966 who drove it until about ten years ago and then gave it to her niece. The niece drove it for about 6 years, had a restoration byTonto Francesco of Rome and the gave it to her daughter in the USA to use it here in the New York area approximately 3 years ago. Last year she sold it to a client of mine last year who used it for a few local car shows and now has the vintage car bug and wants to move on to a different genre of classic car. The car shows just over 67,000 kilometers (approximately 42,000 miles) and I believe that to be original. It still sports its original Italian registration paper work on the windshield and its original Italian plates. Runs and drives very well and needs nothing to enjoy. Would make an excellent candidate for conversion to a Jolly as it is a very solid rust free car. Please don't hesitate to ask any question's or request additional picture's and all interested parties may email for an appointment to view and test drive the car. Auction is starting at $12,500.00 with no reserve. Buyer responsible for pick up and all transport costs however I can help with shipping arrangements.
