Description of 1958 Fiat 1100D

I'm selling our '58 Fiat 1100 Millicento because it hasn't made much progress in quite a while, and I'm working in Iraq now, so it'll be a while till I can get anything done on it.
I bought this car about 20 years ago when I lived in Nevada from a lady in California. She blew the original motor about fifteen years before that, and it just sat.
The body has no rust at all and the only bodywork needed is the left rear door has a slight crease as shown in the pictures.
My plan was to put in the drivetrain from a Fiat Spider. The 2 liter with a 5 speed will fit right in there; I've seen a few done like this, and they run down the road like a modern car.
I have access to these parts if needed.
The front and rear seats have been re-upholstered in gray vinyl with white piping. Still needs door panels made.
I do have clear Nevada title in my name, and the car is located in Princeton, Illinois about 2 hours West of Chicago on I-80.
