This is a S-Code Grande, purchased it a few years ago from a friend who has since passed from cancer. He was starting to do work to it and lost interest due to health concerns. I purchased it and planned to modify it, ut after doing a little research I decided against doing so because it is a rare car and would be a shame to do anything other than restore it to original condition. It is a 69' Grande Coupe, -Code (390) car, as no factory paint code (custom ordered color) with A/C, ower steering and power front disc brakes. Automatic car with 9"rear. He started to put new floors in it and removed all the trim to start doing body work (I have all the trim, nterior less the headliner and carpet). It ran when I got it, as been sitting in my garage ever since I purchased it from him. The only rust issues are small spots on the bottom of the doors and 1/4's, ne small hole in the tail light panel, ne small hole near the rear window, nd two small holes in the trunk floor. The undercarriage is in very good shape-rails ect! The engine and drivetrain need re-gasketing (leaks), ut it will run and drive. The third member and rear axles are not original (he wanted to put a posi and different gears in it), ut I still have the original 3rd member (don't have the original axles) for it. Like I said, wanted to modify it but can't see doing so to a car that is fairly rare. The ac compressor is locked up, ut I have another one that should work for it. If you are local or not, ou are more than welcome to come and look at it in person, would like to see it go to someone who is going to restore it to original. My name is Greg, nd feel free to contact me with any questions regarding it. There is a reserve on it, nd if it is not reached I won't sell it-I really don't need to and know the potential of this car. Best of luck bidding-thank you!
