Description of 1989 Ford F-250

I've had the truck for about two years. and it was running great. but I decided to clean the injectors and replace the injector seals. caps and hoses. I took the injectors apart. but didn't put them back together properly. so it was running really rough (shaking at idle). I replaced all but two of the injectors. so it runs a lot smoother now. but it still shakes at idle.
