1950 Ford Meteor Custom. This extremely rare version of the 1950 Ford sedan is equipped with a rebuilt 239 cubic inch flathead V-8 and new exhaust system. The engine starts and runs perfectly and hasdriven fewer than 200 miles since rebuild. This unique car includes body featuresnot found even on standard Meteors. Note the rear side chrome strips at the tail lights which did not become standard until 1951 as well as chrome trim strips above the tail lights.Tires are bias ply. The standard "three on the tree" transmission is equipped with optional overdrive.
