I'm listing my 1950 Ford F-1 pickup up for auction, tsequipped a flathead V-8 and 4 spd floor shift(early 50 models were on the floor)as far as I know these are not original to the truck but are in very good mechanical condition. It also starts up very easily and runs strong. It has "driver" plus quality paint (in my opinion) with green exterior and interior with newly recovered brown seats. The running boards are black painted fiberglass in very good condition, old plenty of weight and go unnoticed by anybody who has seen them. All glass in this truck is new along with new felt and rubber weatherstripthroughout. All electrical wiring has been gone over inside and out and has been cleaned up properly, also had turn signal switch and signals added, his was not included in vehicleoriginally. The windshield wipers were upgraded to electric from the vacuum. Generator was also upgraded to a brand new alternator for ample power and most of exhaust system is new including mufflers.Front brakes were just upgraded to disc front, hisincludes brand new booster, aster cylinder and braided stainless brake lines with remote fillreservoirso it can be checked and filled from up top. The complete the front end upgrade I replaced the leaf springs to slightly lower than stock Poises super slide springs, eplaced the shocks and replaced the kingpins to the expensive SSBC stainless ball bearing kind that greatlyimprovethe steering. The bed and tailgate of truck is new with perfect new wood flooring, t also includes very nice custom removable wood siding that was made by the previous owner, he fenders are original and not replacements to my knowledge. I also replaced the rear springs with "Poises super slide springs" to match the front springs givingit a level stance all the way around along with rear shocks. All the tires are newer Firestone Bias Ply tires with very very low miles.
