Description of 1966 Ford F-100 |
I love this truck and really do not want to sell but I would rather it go to someone who would restore it than me keeping it under a tarp. It is a 1966 Ford F100 Longbed. This truck was my grandfathers and it was kept in a shop lean to. Since his passing I have had it. The cab mounts are rusting through and causing the cab to sag putting a bind on the steering. My granddad thought it was a column bearing and replaced it. The engine was replaced back in the 2000's. It has a 390 with true dual exhaust. Minimal surface rust. Some bubbling by the shock towers. Even has air conditioning! It will start and run. Needs a battery and new tires definitely. Not sure what condition the brakes are in though. Like i said my Granddad drove this every week until we discovered the cab mount condition. Im not in a hurry to sell this truck but for the right price and right buyer i will. Send me messages for any questions you have. Happy bidding. |
