Description of 1974 Ford Bronco |
Up for sale is a great bronco with lots of upgrades. I have enjoyed owning it. This is one of the best driving Broncos I've ever driven. Rides smooth and no slack in the steering. The 302 is a 90's 5.0 HO out of a mustang. It was built in March 2015 by Womack Heads and Block in Denham Springs, A. It has trick flow twisted wedge aluminum heads with roller rockers with a mild cam. It has Wildhorse's stainless steel shorty headers. MSD Ready to Run distributor, ires, nd coil Holley Off-road Truck Avendger carb with aEdelbrock Four-barrel intake. New radiator, ater pump, nd fuel pump. BC Bronco hood shocks, C Bronco throttle cable, nd C4 Kickdown. Transmission is a C4 automatic with a new TCI Breakaway series torque converter. I bought the trans rebuilt from another bronco owner. I can't attest to the when it was rebuilt or with what parts but it was very spotless inside and all the seals and gaskets looked new. New auxiliary tank and new sending units. The front springs are James Duff 3 1/2 lift with new radius arm degree bushings. Rear is wildhorse's progress rate 3 1/2 inch leaf. Front and rear has premium bilstien shocks. It has all the brackets for dual shocks front and rear if you would like to add them. New suspension connection polyurethane body mounts and transmission crossmember mounts. Power brakes. Front disk and rear drums. Stock style power steering A.R.A Aftermarket AC system. Blows hard and cold. I has to be recharged every few months though. I think one of the lines may have a slow leak. Has a painless wiring harness. Everything electrical works, ut the heater is not hooked up. Interior has nice black carpet and seats (one hole in driver seat as shown) Radio works and sounds great! BestTop full soft top with tinted soft windows. Paint is 1984 Mercedes Green. It is an older paint job. It's looks great but has a few nicks and chips. To me it's the perfect driver condition, ooks good but you're not worried about it all the time like you are with a flawless show truck. Also with an older paint job, here are no surprises to recently cover ready to pop out. As you can see the pics it has a few rust bubbles, n the front bottom of each rocker and the driver floor was previously patched. There is also a few bubbles under the trim piece on the rear quarter, nd a spot at the bottom driver door. The hood has some cracks in the paint and some fade spots. I've done my best at giving an honestly complete description and this is a very solid bronco compared to most, ut keep in mind it's a 40 year old vehicle with a 20 year old paint job so please look thoroughly and ask if you have any questions. I have a google photo album with much more pictures available upon request. Ebay wouldn't let me share the link in this description. |
