This auction is not for the appreciative automotivist nor the weak of heart. If you're looking for a cheap deal or something easy, ry another auction. I have a 1967 Mustang Coupe. It was manufactured in CA, tayed there forever, ent toTexasfor a few years, ack to cali and now Nevada. Never been in a rusty area. Mostly garage kept as well. The original color of the car wasSauterne Gold / Black Interior. Had Pony seats / factory in dash A/C along with Factory P/S. The car has all new Scott Drake suspension / steering installed in the front, nd I have the rear suspension as well. The car was lowered a about an inch or so using springs and mid eye leafs. I have installed the front portion of a Master Power Brakes full 4 corner w/ booster & cylinder disc conversion kit. The steering rack is a '67, earbox is a better '69 with '67 arm, nd the steering column is a better rebuilt/wired '68, actory hard to find V8 Spindles for disc brakes installed. The car has been D.A.'d down the bare metal. The engine that came with the car was a 351 Windsor that I believe to come out of a 1969Fairlane. It was machined .30 over, orged flat tops/rods, barrel cast FoMoCo 1967 heads, ort/polish withoversizestainless valves (lots of other head work), omp cams mother thumpr cam, eehive springs/retainers, unati voodoo rockers, dlebrock Performer RPM Air Gap intake manifold that was sandblasted, aked, ort/polished, owder coated black, nd a special heat foil was coated on the bottom for heat reduction, id length headmen swap headers that weresandblasted, aked and titanium coated. The engine should be good for at least 400/450. C4 rebuilt transmission with stage 2 shift kit and a 2800 stall. The only items you will need that Idon'thave to finish,(1) Wheels / Tires(2) Wire Harnesses(3) Gauges(4) Hood(5) Front Seats(6) Motor / Trans Mount(7) Windshield (ALL OTHER GLASS IS PERFECT)(8) Rear end rebuild kit W/ Proper Gears) Lets talk about the bad. The car has a clean California title. It was in an accident awhile ago before MIG welding was a thing in body shops andreplacementpanels were available. You will need newquarterson both sides skin/tack or drill/plug weld/align new ones. My plan was to skin/tack. The passenger outer rocker is bad only in a 14 inch section up front. I already had a new section piece custom metal fabbed from matching factory 18gauge. The inner rocker and support flanges are ok, ody is straight. Needs a new passenger front floor pan, assenger "A Pillar" needs to be pulled (not bad), assenger fenderapronis brazed, roper plug welds need to be made to match factory.
