1931 Ford 5 Window Coupe. This is another part of a collection owned by an 80 year young hot-rodder who has decided to sell his collection. This is an old school hot rod that was built up in the 80's. The body is a 31, ith a 1932 Ford grille. The car is titled as a 1931. The fenders are fiberglass, he doors are original metal doors, nd the body is an all steel original body. The front sub frame is believed to be a Mustang II set up and the engine and transmission is out of an early 70's Ford 2.8 liter V6 with a manual transmission. There is a Mustang II rack and pinion set up with no power steering. The car starts and runs great, nd with a car this light, as plenty of power, fun little street rod that gets decent mileage. It has a Ford 8" rear end, nknown gear. There is a 4 link setup with a coil over shock in back that really looks cool. The interior was completely redone, ith a nice wood dash that is in very good condition. The seats were recovered in velour with a headliner to match, ut will need to be redone. Wheels and tires are in good condition, ice shine on the spokes and good tread on the tires. The buildup that was done by someone else, any years ago looks to be in overall decent condition, ut could use the next hot-rodder's personal touch to be perfect or you could drive it the way it sits, t is ready to cruise.
