Description of 1992 Ford F-350 Custom

Howdy Everyone!

The Time Has Come To Sell Our Trusty Dually!

My wife Janet and I, wn a lawn and garden business, nd when we got started, e needed a truck that could haul five big boys around, long with a few tons of mulch and a trailer. We were able to find "Big Red" through a friend, nd picked him up.

The First Question I Seem To Always Ask Is "Why Are You Selling?"

Well, anet is a Master Gardener, nd the nature of what she does with her Team often involves multiple tools and equipment like hedge trimmers, hainsaws, tring trimmers, nd pole saws. So, fter having a few tools stolen from us, e decided to go with a utility body truck to keep it all under lock and key.

Why Should You Be Interested In This Truck?

For starters, ll of the new parts that we have invested in it. Many parts have less than 3,000 miles on them. For example:

Three new tires, nd all the tires have good tread.

New transmission.

New radiator.

New front fuel tank gauge level.

New starter.

Batteries have less than two years on them.

New mirrors needed to see around the flat bed under Maryland inspection laws.

New exhaust.

New trailer braking control.

New glow plugs and relay.

New tie rods.

New steering control arm.

New headlight lens.

New front brake pads.

New front brake rotors.

New rear brake shoes.

All in all, e have over $6,800 invested in this truck, nd have used it very little. Heck that 7.3L International diesel might just be worth the opening bid by itself!

Next, t is a four door, hich will hold five or six "BIG" sized farm boys.

The bed is 9x8x3 feet, nd it haul a decent amount of hay or bagged mulch. In fact, he truck is registered at 10,000 pounds, ut I am quite sure we have exceeded that hauling.

Okay Don, hat Is Wrong With The Truck?

Well, othing that a little TLC can cure.

The control knobs on the heater are missing.

There is no door key, o we don't lock the doors.

The ignition switch cover has fallen off.

A few dents and dings.

Seats are showing wear, nd some are torn, ut still comfortable.

The fuel return line could use a replacing.

I do believe that is it. I mean, his is a 22 year old work truck, hich is in pretty good shape. It will make a decent, eliable farm truck, nd has many years still left in it. We just don't need it anymore. Hound doggy, hat International 7.3 is good for million miles!

And actually, t has a decent stock CD radio system, oo!

That's really all there is. If you have any questions, lease feel free to contact me.

Thanks, /p>
