Description of 1969 Ford E-Series Van

12 passenger Club Wagon, eluxe interior with rare factory installed air conditioning.Almost rust-free, s the van spent most of it's life in California. it came to Missouri in 1986, hen it had 119,000 miles. Includes previous family's "Auto Record" log book, ecording some trip gas costs and mileage from 48,695 up to 143,714. I also have a 1970 owner's manual that is pretty much identical to the 1969 model.
Well maintained during it's main service life, ome issues as a result of storage. Great floors, ootwells and rockers, as some very minor rust, ould be easily repaired. Has a few dents and dings, ut overall, he body is in great shape.
All air conditioning components are intact. Compressor turns on with switch, ut needs the blower motor replaced. The leaky heater core has been bypassed, nd that (completely separate) blower motor also needs replacement.
New fuel system, ncluding the tank, uel pump and carburetor. New brake shoes and master cylinder, ebuilt wheel cylinders. Recent oil change and a fresh tune-up. Lots of tread on the E-rated 8.75/16.5 tires. It includes 2 extra rims and a loose tire, n addition to the custom- made pushbar-mounted spare.
Runs, rives, teers and stops good, ut it really needs new mufflers and the windshield was unfortunately cracked in the last year. Wipers work and have new blades, eplaced black plastic arms with original stainless style.
Deluxe two tone interior, he seats and door panels look awesome, he seat bottom on the driver's seat had a couple of splits, o it was swapped to the passenger side. I think this is the same vinyl as a Mustang, o repair should be easy. I replaced a couple of the headliner panels, ut it's making the other ones look bad in comparison. We pulled the seats out and added some indoor/outdoor carpet.
