Testing the waters with this 1979 F250. I picked it up for the box, hrew a stake bed on it, nd ready to send it to a new home.This is a 36 year old truck, hat being said it has its fair share of issues.Was originally a 2wd truck, omeone before me put a dana 44 (with 8 lug spindles)coil sprung front end on it. 4x4 works great, as warn premium hubs.Motor is a 460, upposedly from a 83 motorhome with 30k miles.Tranny is a c6 that's seen its better days, lips in second a bit. 1st and 3rd are fine.I drive it to work occasionally(35 minutes each way), ever left me stranded, ust sucks a lot of gas, rips some oil.Its got a real nice set of 35 inch bfg's and aluminum wheels.Bodys pretty clean, retty sure its original paint.BrushGuardis not included.Not to much rust. Kinda bad around the passenger side rear window, he rest of the truck isnt bad, loors are solid, ittle bit of surface rust on fenders, ainly sun fade..BrushGuardis not included.Wouldrecommend it be towed.Please ask any questions, ll try to respond asap.
