Up for sale is this Beautiful 1967 Ford Galaxy 500 Convertible with the Original 390 V 8 . The car is a 2 owner Rust Free car that was always pampered. The car is Poppy red and it was repainted about 4 years ago and it looks excellent body is very straight and super solid. The black interior is original and in excellent condition. The seats a very nice and firm. The carpet is all original and it has the original am radio that works. The white convertible top is power and brand new. It comes with a black boot to complete the look when the top is down. Mechanically the car is super sound. The engine was rebuilt about 5000 miles ago.. Its been completely gone through and has a new Edelbrock intake, ew Holly 4 barrel carburetor . New timing chain, ew oil pump. Head have been redone with new valves, ockers, prings etc.All new hoses, luminum radiato, belts, nd battery.Car sits on American Racing wheels with New tires. Chrome valve covers and air filter dress it up to be show ready. The car drives amazing and has a ton of power. Its shifts so smooth and sounds amazing with its Dual exhaust. I would drive this car to California tomorrow. No disappointments. The galaxy 500 was an amazing car for ford in this Era and being a Convertible makes it even more special and having a Big Block 390 engine. There rear end is a 291 ratio. Car does not have power brakes but it does have Power steering. No Ac. So if your looking for a beautiful car to drive anywhere or take to the car show's then this is it. Please enjoy the pics. The trunk is super solid and the floors as well. The car was undercoated and looks great.I have the Original owners manua, lear title, aperwork for all engine parts that were purchased.What does car need. New dash pad which they aren't expenive, teering wheel has a few cracks Otherwise the car is beautiful in every way.
