The Thunderbird, r "T-Bird,"is an automobile manufactured by the Ford Motor Company in the United States over eleven model generations from 1955 through 2005. When introduced, t created the market niche eventually known as the personal luxury car. The Ford Thunderbird began life in February 1953 in direct response to Chevrolet's new sports car, he Corvette. Production of the Thunderbird began later on in 1954 on September 9 with the car beginning sales as a 1955 model on October 22, 954.

This particular T-Bird spent 45 loving years with the same family, ith the father eventually passing it along to his son. This car comes with complete with a factory hardtop convertible and soft top. Finished in color code correct Thunderbird Blue over a very nicely presented blue and white interior, he paint on this T-bird shows very well with only minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. Overall body condition is quite solid with some minor evidence of rust repair in the rear quarter panels, lthough all work was performed professionally and was done to a high standard. Chrome bumpers and body trim are in great shape as well, nly showing minor signs of age. Inside, he interior is finished in the original color combination of blue and white. The seats are in great condition having been reupholstered recently and show little to no wear and feature rare power option (currently inoperable). The dashboard and door panels accent the interior nicely and are also very presentable. Interior also features working heater and original in-dash AM radio (inoperable). Under the hood, ou'll find a nicely detailed 292 cubic inch V-8 engine with correct manifolds, alve covers, arburetor, ir cleaner and more. Attached to the engine is a 3 speed manual transmission which shifts as it should. The car sits upon a set of 15"³ steel wheels with Ford hubcaps. The wheels are wrapped in P205/75R15 white wall tires. Overall, his 50s icon presents beautifully and is sure to turn heads no matter where you take it!

This Thunderbird is a true classic and icon of the 50s era and would be an excellent addition to any classic car collection or would make a fabulous Sunday driver. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!
