Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 1968 Ford Torino GT Convertible! The car has the following options: 66. 05 ACTUAL MILES!! 302CID V-8 Engine Automatic Transmission Power Steering and Brakes Pioneer AM/FM/CD Stereo Power Windows This Torino is one of 5. 10 built in 1968. It’s a one-owner car with a clean title and actual miles! This car was used by the owners basically. for summer use and only driven an average of 1. 00 miles per year! The people were elderly and weren’t using it anymore and decided to sell it. We bought it approximately 2 years ago and have been enjoying driving it around and doing minor repairs due to its age. Under the hood. we replaced the master cylinder and brake booster. tuned it up. and replaced the battery. some hoses. and belts. We also did some brake work on the car. The interior had some upholstery work done and new carpeting installed. but it is otherwise original. We had the car painted and the trunk was always in good shape. We put a new trunk liner in. The convertible top works fine. We are undecided as to what color top we should put on. whether it be white. black. or red. so we left it as-is. so the new owner can have what color they want put on. You can buy a new top. including the window. on Ebay for $399. We always keep the car inside with the top down. It also has a brand-new parade boot. which you’ll see in the pictures. Most of the power windows will work. but they stick due to lack of use. The car starts and runs very well and has plenty of pep for a 302CID engine. As far as we know. it’s the original engine and transmission and all matching body parts. The bumpers are also original. but they don’t have the same shine as if they were new. but they are solid and can be re-chromed in the future. if so desired. This car is an original survivor and would be a lot of fun to drive on the weekends in summer. There aren’t many of these cars left. so don’t hesitate if you like what you see!
