Hello everyone. Iam selling this 1966 Ford Galaxie 7 Liter convertible 4 speed project car. Changed jobs that closed the door on spare time. Sold my restored Galaxie 7 Liter hardtop and customized Thunderbird. This car I acquired from another 7 liter collector. Had full intensions on restoring it since the 4 speed convertible version is limited to only 428 built. This auction includes a butt load of spare parts to make the restore possible. Currently the car is need of a full restore. The Frame is bad and the fenders, oors and quarters are rotten. Floor board on left rear side has a hole as well as the trunk. The rest of the floor boards and rockersare solid. The engine runs and the transmission functions. The lights, ipers, lower motor, adio, auges and convertible top function correctly. This car is not drivable so please don't ask to drive it. The brakes are bad due to booster and master cylinder issues. Radiator leaks at top tank seam. Will move up and down drive way. The 7 Liter model is a one year production model. so the badges are very hard to find. Great news the hood spear, runk spear, ront grille badge, ender badges and glove box badge are in amazing condition. Very little if any pitting. These are costly to replace if you can find them at all! The interior is complete and excellent candidate for reupholstery. Dash pad is super rare to find in usable condition and the plastic wood grain trimare in great condition. The top is not rusted and works perfectly. All the glass is clear and usable.
