A well built hot rod that runs and drives well.The silver body is chopped 8 inches and channeled 3 inches. It has a custom built frame made of heavy wall 2" X3" square tubing that is Z'd 13" in the back and 3" at the firewall. The front axle is a Super Bell 4" dropped I-beam with hairpins and the back has QA1 adjustable coilover shocks with custom-made ladder bars. There is safety glass in the windshield only. The headlights are original Guide 682-C's with the glass turn signals on top that function correctly as turn signals and marker lights. The tail lights are 1951 Buick. The front brakes are 1962 Buick 12"X 2 1/2"with 45 finned aluminum drums. The rear are Ford 10"and the master cylinder is a Ford Maverick. Steering is a 1950's Volvo P444. The engine is a rebuilt .040 over 1964 Buick 401 with 1953 valve covers, ew Edlebrock carb, ertronix conversion in the distributor, nd custom headers with baffles. The radiator and grill shell are from a 1941 Farmall Super H tractor. It is a new radiator, oesn't overheat, nd has an electric fan. The interior has a complete set of Stewart Warner gauges (speedo, il, emp, olts, as). The seats are made of plywood and ready for upholstery. The transmission is a rebuilt 1966 Buick SP400 with an inline trans cooler and Lokar shifter. The rear end is a 9"posi Ford. Contact me at mp01@txstate.edu if you have questions.
