1986 Ford Ranger with a 289 V8 engine. The previous owner said the engine was rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago but I don't have any documentation for it. It has an Edelbrock carb, egs intake, nd headers. The engine sounds great, t has a small cam in it. Has a C4 automatic transmission which shifts great. The only known mechanical problem is the gas gauge doesn't work. The brakes aren't the greatest because the power brake booster has been removed at some point so it only has manual brakes. The body is good, he paint is fair but it is from a spray can so it will likely fade and crack before long. This truck isn't perfect but is a good start for a cruiser or could be made a show truck with some hard work. Prospective buyers are welcome and encouraged to come and check the truck out prior to making an offer. I am slightly negotiable on the price but will not consider lowball offers. This truck is for sale on my used car lot and may be sold at anytime. It has a Ga. title. No trades, o financing. If you are a Ga resident you must add $43.75 TAV tax plus $18 to transfer the title into your name. Non Ga residents will be responsible for tax/title/registration fees in your home state when you register the truck. The truck is 29 years old so it isn't perfect, t is being sold strictly as-is with no warranty. I ask that the buyer pay for and remove the truck within 7 days of purchase, he buyer will need to come to my car lot in person to complete the paperwork.
