Description of 1976 Ford F-100

For sale is a 1976 Ford F150 pickup rescued from a life of nonuse. The previous owner stated that he had rebuilt motor and transmission but had lost interest in pickup after he was unable to determine cause of ignition/starting trouble.

The current owner was able to start motor after determining that there was loose connection in the circuit.

The motor had a couple of oil leaks that were corrected to oil tightness. With leaking covers were removed the cleanliness supported the previous owners assertion that the motor had very low mileage after rebuild.

New brake shoes front and back including rear brake drums.

Bench seat was repaired on drivers side.

New muffler

Clear paint was applied over factory original paint to protect aging patina.

Painted the frame and rear end polyurethane black

Driven for 3 months and appears to be a daily driver.

The new/low mileage tires have sat for 5 years while truck was disabled.

New U-Joints were installed as normal routine rehabilitation

Current owner is confident in the pickup's operation and drivability

Current owner will assist in coordinating local pick up this truck

This pickup is being sold "as is where is"to winning bidder.

Please ask questions before bidding.

Thanks for looking.
