1965 Ford Mustang Fastback (C-Code) ProjectVIN# 5F09C6578XXDoor Data Plate: 63A D2 090 520009 6 1 Complete numbers matching car. Ohio CLEAR AND CLEAN title. Factory 289, speed car. Tropical Turquoise car with white interior. The car was stored from 1984 to 2005. It has been in my garage since 2005 and all of the parts have been stored in dry storage (garage, ttic, asement) since then. The car's VIN number is clearly viisble on two aprons, he third apron has the proper stampings and the battery apron has been removed. Still have it. The door plates are still on the door and clearly legible. It is not original paint so it was before 1983. The car does have some hail damage on it The roof skin has some and the fenders, eck lid, tc all have some dings, ut I know that some time with a hammer and dolly would resolve almost everything. The car had 97000 miles on it when I brought it home. At this point it is disassembled as you can see in the photos. I built the center A-B pillar rack to keep everything in alignment. The car is solid enough to not need it, ut I wanted to make sure that if I needed it, t was already in place. It is included with the car, bviously. I have all the original parts from the car including the glass, oors, enders, ood, runk lid, lock, eads, adio, tc). I have most of the trim, ome of it is pretty rough. 90 - 95% of the parts are bagged and tagged or boxed. The front of the car is as you can see in the photos. The front rails are good and the shock towers are as well. Some surface rust (see photos), ut solid. The front radiator support is questionable, ut I was going to patch it and refinish it. As I said, rying to keep as many original parts to the car as possible. It is still in place, o you can make the call. A few patch panels on the firewall and the aprons are needed. New aprons are included to use for patch panels. The frame extenders should be replaced as well. All the original aprons are still in place with the exception of the battery tray side. The VIN number is still clearly visible on the drivers side front and passenger side rear (apron is a bit rough around it). The fenders need patch panels and some love, ut they are worth saving. I have a replacement valance and grill spacer. Bumpers are included, ut are not the best. I was going to straighten and have them refinished them since they are original to the car. Your call on that. They are available anywhere and priced according to how original you want to go. They would also be candidates for painted bumpers if you are thinking pro-touring. The floors are in need of replacement. I have a set that are included with the sale. Full length, oth sides. The center tunnel is solid and the transition pan is good. The rear frame rail on the passenger side might be able to be sectioned, ut I would probably replace it. The same goes for the drivers side. The torque boxes are rusty. I would suggest the full rail on each side since they come with the torque boxes if you want to go back to stock. If you are looking for something other than leaf springs, his car is a perfect candidate for that. The quarters should be replaced and so should the trunk pan. Would be a good candidate for the one piece trunk replacement. The doors are included. The inner structures are good, he drivers side is not bad, he passenger side has a dent (with evidence of previous bondo repair) so it is going to need a new skin. However, he inner structure doesnt look bad. They both have some rough spots but they should be used on the car. The interior pieces are all here. However, he carpet and seat fabric were pretty bad and were tossed immediately. On the seats, removed the covers and foam and kept the frames and rails. They are what you would expect for a 50 year old car, ut can be restored. The dash is complete. I have all the components, witches, tc. I have all the door handles, indow cranks, tc. the fold down rear seat and all the hardware as well as the divider from the trunk to the passenger compartment, ll there and in good condition. The fastback vents work. The engine has been disassembled. Includes everything. Block, eads, ntake, il pan, istons, am, tc. Includes all bolts and sets. Also includes the 3 speed transmission and bell housing, tc. Block is currently on an engine stand. Stand is included so you can get it home safely. The rear leaf springs have been cut off and are gone. The factory rear end with the drum brakes is also included. The front drums are included as well. All of the front suspension. Everything that the car rolled in on, s coming with the car, xcept the rear leaf springs and the tires. the wheels are included, ut the tires were shot. If I have not described it well enough, lease ask me about it. The car is rusty, ut solid where it counts. It needs a full restoration or it would be a great platform for a build. People spend over 10K for a replica bare shell, ut this is an original fastback complete with all the parts. Yes it needs restoration, ut when it is done, ou have a real 1965 Fastback, ot a replica. It would be a great platform for a coupe to fastback conversion, ut you should just use your coupe parts on this. The fastback VIN is the most important thing. There are WAY too many items to photograph. I have boxes and boxes and crates, tc. If there is something specifically that you want to see, lease let me know. I will photograph it and send it to you. I am already at 24 photographs on ebay. Please only serious bidders only. This is a full restoration, ustomization project. The car is located in Springfield, hio (45504) and is on jack stands. I can have one or maybe two people to help, ut please plan on bringing some muscle to move it. I would be happy to provide you with photos and anything else you need to answer any questions. I have high resolution photos of everything you see with an additional 20+ photos that I can send you. Please message for more. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a ZERO (0) rating do not bid on this before contacting me directly. Your bid will be cancelled. Also, f you have a crappy feedback and a history of trying to pull one over on ebay I will cancel your bid as well. This is done at my discretion. I'm selling a project which I have had in my garage for years. We bought it in 2005 and it sat complete for 3 years in our garage. In 2008, found the time to start the project, ut I ended up traveling again and was not home enough to continue it. It has sat like this for too long and it needs to go to someone who is going to finish it.
