Here we have a true 1965 Ford Mustang K Code Coupe which from the factory would have come with a271 horsepower 289 HiPo and a 4 speed Toploader transmission.The 289 high performance was Fords best motor available and wasused by Carrol Shelby in his Shelby Cobra's. We purchased this 65 Mustang K code coupe 5F07K378630 project several years ago and have been slowly gathering parts. I have decided to offer it to add more interestto Mustang Village business closingauction. On November 14th we are helping to honor the Memory of Mr. Bob McNeals legacy by auctioning off in a absolute sale all of his entire business assets. All of his 150 + mustangs, reckers,cars,parts, ools, nd even service equipment are going to go be sold to the highest bidder in Pensacola Florida.

Aboutthis rare car, ewere ableto complete the original look and fit by using Ford items such as fenders, ood, runk lid, alancesand even the original drivers door all of which bring this rare piece back to the original look and design. The trunk contains the trim for the car such as moldings, rill, ight's and more.

All in all she is a stock piece with normal rust in the lower 1/4's and the rest of the body is similarly flawed. This piece is not a trailer queen kinda car instead she is a moderatelyneglected 66 model year car which has been protected in a pole barn for years. The interior is complete with pony seats and plenty of pieces.

A truehipo car with the body side rear end snubber plate inplace. She is stock and ready for somecapable restorer to bring her back alive.Sorry to say we bought it stripped of all thehipo goodies.

Mechanically, e are adding a collection of correct 289 HiPo parts, lthough we do not offer these partsas number matching to the car. This list includes a set of used true hipo heads and rods all of which willneed servicing. I have also added a 4 v intake with spacer and a factory hipo dual point distributor. I am also offering a C5AE block with a set of repo high performancemain caps.

In addition timing chain cover with a HiPo style fuel pump. We also have a usedHiPo style alternator equipped with the pulley. I am going to through in a toploader with a reserve meeting bid.

We are offering this drivers qualityclassic project at a reasonable reserve compatible with a common A code Mustang pricing. Having said that,this rare rideis being offered in as is condition, nforming the future buyer that we assembled this vehicle withsome of our HiPo partsfrom our extensive stockof over 50,000 parts.

Keep in mind that this car is a true K-Code, ith the original apron sporting thefactory Vin K stampingand also the rear end snubber padas well as a host of other HiPo only items.As to the parts we added they were assembled from a variety of sources and we are not advertising or implying they are correct to this vehicle although they are period correct adding value.

We would be amiss not to mention the rear end, hich is in good working order, as been replaced with an incorrect 8 inch. To give you more information on the actual car, e have decoded the VIN
