Description of 1929 Ford Model A two door |
Hot Rod Black 1929 Chop-Top Ford Sedan, illed Ribbed Roof, ruiser Bodies.com Model A Ford Fiberglass Body, itled an original 1929 Ford Sedan with a clear Texas title. The car is considered an antique and only has to be tagged every 5 years for $100.00 at local tax office. Full coverage insurance is $300 a year though "Hagerty". Inspection is not needed for this car in the state of Texas, ll you need is head and tail lights on this model year andbasically that'swhat this car has at the moment, t is however wired for blinkers and stoplights.
Rebuilt Small block Chevy 327, ouble hump heads, igh torque starter with a 480 lift "Ultradyne"hydrauliccam.Holley 780 carburetor with a Edelbrock intake, ake Style headers that turn outward, his keeps the noise down when driving the open roads. Its sounds great but it's not too loud when driving it in town. This car has a General Motors tilt steering column from a late 80's truck, ith new Auto Meter gauges. A large gas tank is also tucked under the rear with a fold down bracket that attaches the plate on the rear. It's designed with a low Z'd 4 link coil over frame setup.
The floor and tunnel has new carpet, ew custom interior. The car was designed with no door glass, his provides the driver witha pleasant experience only found in a true Hot Rod culture from the Model "A"era. The windshield is also an original design that slides out from the bottom for a comfortable air flow. On hot days the car stays cool without the need for air conditioning but when it's colder a leather jacket is usually all that's needed to be comfortable. This 1929 sedan has bear claw latches in the doors for a safer experiences, onsidering the older latches found in the Model A's were not considered very safe, yself I never felt good about taking my grandson in this car until I felt he was going to have a safe experience. He is three now and loves to ride in the sedan on a regular basis. If you're ready to buy a nice street rod, ine is well worth it. Please Read
You could drive the sedan home with no problemsbut I won't beresponsible for it after it leaves mypremises, here isto much at stake. If you plan on a long trip in this car, ou should consider medeliveringit to you or having it shipped to your location. I will get the car ready to ship and get it on the truck for the buyer but it's up to the buyer to have insurance and provide the safeenvironment needed for the shipment. You will have to pay for shipping or we can make other arrangements on delivering it to you in the United States only.
