Description of 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Fastback

1970 Boss 302 Mustang Fastback Custom
You are viewing an Absolutely Amazing 1970 Mustang Fastback Boss 302 Custom. It began life as a real deal 1970 Ford Mustang 302 F-code Fastback. It has been completely restored and is equipped with a freshly built era correct 351 Windsor 4-V HP engine, same casting as the GT350 Shelby's used). It has been completely rebuilt with performance upgrades. It has a Comp Cams 270 HP camshaft, luminum intake, delbrock 4-V carb, nd topped off with a blacked out Cobra dress up kit. The engine is backed up by the freshly built FMX Automatic Transmission. The power reaches the ground thru the Ford 9" rear. The car has all new black interior to include seats, arpet, eadliner, oor panels, pgraded wood grain Mustang steering wheel and more. It has been stored inside all of its life and has never had a rust issue. It retains its original sheet metal and is extremely straight. Both doors open cleanly with no sagging and shut firmly like new. The hood and trunk open, hut, nd line up as a new car should. All panels are laser straight as door gaps and fender alignments are spot on like factory. The bottom is just as clean and as detailed out as the top. Much attention was given throughout. The car has been finished out in Shelby Race blue Metallic base/clear paint with Custom Boss 427 style late model striping. It received layers of base/clear paint and has been wet sanded and buffed to a smooth mirror finish. It has all new rubber seals, oor seals trunk seal, indow felts, tc. All windows, ocks etc work as they should. I have driven this car on several trips and it has performed well. It will run at highway speeds with no shaking, ulling or any weird noises. It accelerates hard and cruises down the road at 80+ mph with no issues. It is a great example of what an American Muscle Car should be. (The Boss "302" call outs could easily be changed out to Boss "429" if it fits your taste to do so.)
