1971 Mustang convertible. Owned about 18 years and restored all along the way. 80,000 miles. Only thing not done is engine bay. Appraised at $14,500. Appraiser said with engine bay detailed and painted would approach 20k. Never liked the body style personally and looking for something different. Only put probably 300 miles on since owned. May need heads done as valve seals are dried out and smokes lightly at start now. Runs great. MOST chrome, oor handles etc. have been slowly replace with NOS original Ford parts picked off eBay through the years. Really good base for someone to take to next level! There is no rust on this car. Was stripped to bare metal. Passenger rear quarter was mistakenly replaced due to pin holes around wheel well that should have probably been just welded or brazed but hindsight is 20/20. I was gung ho for 100% rust free. It was professionally installed and done right.
