1986 Ford Mustang 2-Door CoupeV6, utomaticWhite with tan interior
-It has been in storage since 2004-Second owner drove it for 300 miles only-Original NEW vehicle sticker from dealer still in window-Original California car
Maintenance since removal from storage:-New Hankook tires-New battery-New serpentine belt-New fuel-New brake fluid-New thermostat installed-Oil change and new filter-All fluids were checked-High beam headlights were replaced with NOS Ford high beams
Prior work to the vehicle:-At some point, uffler was replaced by Midas. It has started to develop some pinholes and may need to be replaced soon.
The car starts, uns, nd drives like a new car. Suspension is tight and quiet, rakes function perfectly. All the lights and gauges work. There are some door dings around the car, ut there are no dents. The car was never in an accident, t has a clean CarFax. The CarFax will show some of the emissions testing, erifying the low mileage of the car. Extremely clean appearance. It does show some sunfading on the interior. Visible under the car are all the original factory paint marks and product code tags. Perfect and rust-free undercarriage.
This car will be an excellent commuter car that still has many years of life left in it. Or it can be an excellent donor car for a restomod project.
Finding a car in this condition with very low miles is unheard of. There are no defects to mention, t is how a car should be for a car that has 7,000 miles. Very clean interior, o squeaks or rattles from interior parts. The only thing that can be heard inside the cabin is the speedometer cable spinning inside its housing.
