The Paint is TWO MONTHS OLD. and draws attention wherever the car is. It just pops. and is complemented by the Cream colored. Ultra Leather interior. Everything works as it should. The motor is out of a 65 Buick Riviera. Charlie Thomas Hot Rods had it rebuilt. It is 401 cubic inch Nailhead (+. 0030 overbore). Buick referred to this engine as Wildcat 445. which signified the amount of torque it generated. It also claimed it was good for 365-375 horsepower. Essentially is was rebuilt to stock configuration. With a 180 degree thermostat. it runs at 180 or below. I had the transmission (TH400) and rear end (Ford 9") both rebuilt. The rear has new 3. 00 gears. It is meant for cruising. The convertible top is manually operated. and is fully functional and folds down like a real convertible top. unlike some of these faux convertible tops that take two people to lift it off the car. It also comes with a boot. The brakes were all purchased new (F/R Disc/Drum). The under carriage is fully detailed. The car is Not air conditioned. except by mother nature. Same for the heater. The trunk is also fully upholstered. It holds 16 gallons of gas. Runs great. Tracks straight.
