Description of 1963 Ford Fairlane

1963 Ford Fairlane 500, door hardtop.

Good running and driving car. The body and interior are all original. The engine has been changed to a 302 engine and 3 speed manual transmission. ( originally a 260 with automatic transmission)

The good

• 302 with recent valve job and new timing chain.

• Starts, uns and stops as it should.

• Recent Brake work

• New headers and dual exhaust

• New radiator

• New gas tank

• Complete, o parts missing.

• Survivor, riginal Chestnut Paint and Original Chestnut vinyl Interior

• No evidence of accident repair

• Glass, nd trim in excellent condition

• Floor pan and trunk floor are good and solid.

The Bad

• Front seat needs recovering

• Interior floor carpet is gone

• Passenger door interior panel is rough

• Interior cosmetic work needed to be really sharp.

• Normal rear quarter panel rust through

• Drivers door has two small dents

• Drivers side front fender has rust through behind wheel

• Small dent behind passengers door
