Ford:Bronco XLT Sport Utility 2Door 1985

Up for sale is my 1985 Ford Bronco. I am the Third owner of this vehicle. I haven't had it too long, ut am thinking about selling. I bought it from a guy in Minnesota. They advertised it as 7,000 miles on a bolt off restoration, nd I can tell you it is in excellent shape, nd is just plain bad a$$ looking. I've only put about 1,000 miles on it since I've owned it. Overall, he paint looks excellent, nd shines up great! With that said, here are a couple of small areas that could use some attention (see pics), ainly low on the vehicle, ock chips due to the oversized tires. Body is Rust Free!!!! Please take into account that it is 30 years old, nd it is a truck, o don't be expecting perfection here. The rear tailgate rattles, ut I'm sure that can be fixed. And like any old ford, t does have a slight oil leak. This thing is sitting on 33" inch tires, ith a 4" lift. It has a great stance. It starts & runs great! It drives great down the road, ven with the oversize mud tires. There is no "play" in the wheel, hich is common with these vehicles.I would drive this truck anywhere. The tires are like new. Never driven in rain or snow since I've owned it. I wouldn't even think of taking it off roading.

It's a great vehicle, nd gets a lot of attention. I've always been a big fan of these Bronco's and the mid 80s fords. It's hard to find one in this good of shape, nd they are only going up in value. I have this registered as a classic car, hich in TX means you don't have to buy plates every year. For classics in TX, ou don't even have to pay the full sales tax.If I don't sell it, 'm definitely looking forward to taking the top off this thing this summer. What a fun vehicle to own!!!!

SPECIFICS / BUILD INFORMATION

YOU WILL BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A NICER THIRD GENERATION BRONCO XLT! THIS IS A VERY RARE AND SPECIAL TRUCK. TWO OWNER AND BABIED SINCE NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the windshield is original! Two owner and no accidents.

INFO FROM PREVIOUS OWNER
UNDERWENT A FRAME OFF RESTORATION IN 2004 INCLUDING (ONLY 8,000 miles ago):

-Frame was cleaned and painted with por 15 frame paint for appearance and protection.

-Body taken down to bare metal and professionally repainted its original color. Where needed, ntire panels were replaced, ot just patch panels. Done right at a cost of $7800!

-New gas tank.

-New sending unit.

-New 4" suspension lift with dual shocks..

-Custom wheels and tires.

-New brake booster and master cylinder.

-Custom high end stereo with subwoofer

-Custom exhaust.

-Aftermarket Off Road Lights.

Installed Alpine stereo, luetooth audio, phone compatible, D Radio

Restored the dash gauges, o include painting all the needles, nd installing new LEDs.Voltage Gauge stopped functioning when I did this.Could be a simple fix

Installed a new Grant steering wheel with Ford horn logo

Restored the gauge & dash bezels, ainted silver

Replaced alternator & starter to address slow starting symptom

Installed new Ford floor mats front & back

Restored center console, nd modify stock cup holders

Professionally installed Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.Exhaust is like new & is a true dual setup.

Installed new subwoofer & amp.Subwoofer in pics is not functional.

DETAILS:

-The interior is in impeccable condition. There are no rips or tears or even wear marks on the seats.

-XLT (Limited) edition so power windows and locks still work.

-The engine is the original 351 HO with a 4 barrel carb. The carb was replaced but other than that it is all original. Regular scheduled maintenance and tune ups performed. Runs incredibly strong.

-Automatic transmission.
