1976 Ford F100 lowered 2-wheel drive pickup truck. I found this truck that someone had started but ran out of time and money (as we all do). My goal was to finish it (and modify a bit here and there) and have a truck that was reliable, omplete, nd be an affordable everyday hot rod. This pickup is made to go. 302 small block backed by a bullet proof FMX 3 speed automatic tranny and 9" posi with 4.10 gears. New Crager 15X8.5 wheels. BF Goodrich A/T with approx. 80% tread. Power steering, anual brakes (disk/drum). MSD HEI distributor, .8 Lightning ignition wires, SD HEI coil pack, SD Street Fire CDI Ignition box (rev limiter), delbrock carb with electric choke and polished aluminum intake. The motor runs so smooth it almost feels fuel injected. A couple extra things such as aluminum 4 core radiator, pectre air cleaner, ord valve covers, tc. New fuel tank and uses an electric fuel pump (chrome block off plate where mechanical pump goes). New dual exhaust with dumps in front of the axle. Truck is lowered 3"/4" with DJM dream beams and leaf spring shackles. Rear end has recently been gone through with new brakes. The driveline was built by Metal Craft machine with new yoke/U-joints. Windows are tinted (average job) and front glass seals/felts are all new. New carpet inside with matching dash mat (carpet extends to just under seat). Fully functioning white face custom gauges are installed with blue LEDs (mechanical oil px & water temp). Door panels have some cracks and such but have been repaired and painted and look great. They would be on the replacement list for some time down the road. The seat has been recovered with a black felt material. It has a few small tears but looks good. The seat itself is fairly worn down (springs/foam) but serves the purpose until someone wanted to do a complete seat rebuilt. The cab, ront clip and frame are in immaculate shape. The paint is original and the body is very straight! The bed contains any trouble spots the truck has (dent behind rear tire, ust patch behind rear tire and rust in the bed primarily in the front as pictured). Bed has been lined. Everything works from dome light to carb choke. Headlights have been upgraded to accept a replacement screw-in type bulb (instead of needing to change the entire 7" housing) and has "demon eyes" amber halo LEDs. Looks very sinister. The truck doesn't need much: rear driver side tail light lens and radio. The truck is pre wired for stereo system to include amp wire kit from battery to behind seat. The intent of this truck was to have a fun, eliable driver and not a big project. Somebody could simply enjoy it as-is or slowly restore or continue to modify over time while driving it. Or do nothing at all and just drive the mess out of it! I encourage an inspection of the truck prior to buying ( I will gladly drive the truck to an inspection place within a reasonable number of miles from my location). Have instaVIN report and it shows clean history. I will promptly answer all questions and send additional pictures of any specific areas as requested. I can and will help with physical vehicle transport to include driving it (or towing it if preferred) to pickup location within a reasonable distance from me (50-100 miles or so). And I do have a trailer and could potentially deliver it to you for a fee (distance would need to be discussed in advance). The bottom line is i'm very easy to get along with so just ask.
