Description of 1969 Ford Mustang GT Fastback

Real deal "found in a barn" story. The original owner died last May. His son thought the car had been sold years before when he discovered it. Stored for more than 25 years. Car never left the town where it was originally purchased. Documented 1 owner w/ less than 45k miles. Build sheet and several dealer/owner documents have survived. One of 4. 64 GT Fastbacks produced in '69 and the last GT model until 1983. M Code car w/ original engine. FMX trans. and rear end. Dual exhaust. correct original GT rims on fresh tires. Original black interior in tact and in great condition. We just completed a thorough mechanical and cosmetic restoration leaving as many original parts in place as possible. Front driver's side floor and both torque boxes will need some work. Remainder of the frame and floors are very good. A few spots on the body will need attention at some point (see pics. ). Doors work well but will need new bushings. One repaint years ago in correct lime gold-some original paint has survived. Car starts right up and performs exceptionally well w/ super power.
