Description of 1940 Ford Other

For sale 1940 Ford Tudor. all metal car. I bought two summers ago. had it painted Eastwood satin black. not the best paint job. drivers quality. Gave it a tune up. other than that its how I got it. I recently bought another car. so this needs to go. The car sits on a S10 chevy chassis. power steering. power brakes. disc front brakes. drum rear. The rear factory leaf springs have been removed and has lower control arms with coil springs custom installed which make for a better ride quality. rear end is a chevy 10 bolt. Drive line is a Chevy 305 with an Edelbrock intake has an a Holley 600 carb. runs good. no overheating. good oil pressure. Transmission is a 3 Speed TH350. shifts well. all gears work good. For exhaust it has two dyno-max mufflers. with chrome tips that exit at the back of the car. Custom made roof rack. comes on and off easy. The Interior in grey in color. very clean. guy before me had new carpet and all the door panels redone. Grey bucket seats up front bench in the back. It has alot of room. easy four adults can cruse in it. It needs a head liner. only the sound pad is installed right now. All the gauges work. so do the wipers . ights. and turn signals. there is a horn but not wired up. All the glass is good. except for the drivers side rear glass has a 3 inch crack in the rear corner. which is covered by stickers. This little rod has been alot of fun for me and my family. its great to be able to put my kids in it has an go out. and still be a 2 door car. It is much better than a rat rod in condition. but not nice enough to call a street rod. I m not looking to get rich off this car. I got a deal on it which Im passing along to the next owner.
