1971 Mustang M Code 4 speed

Up for your consideration is a 1971 Ford Mustang Fastbackowned by a MCA Judge. This car survives with most of its original paint. This Mustang is an (M) Code car that was produced with an automatic. The automatic has been upgraded to a (4) speed Top Loader and the conversion was performed using all Mustang parts. The 351 Cleveland has been completely rebuilt and runs very well. This Mustang was also upgraded from drum brakes to power disc brakes. All lights, turn signals, wipers, horn and heater operate as designed. All work performed has been done by a Mustang enthusiast who does not cut corners on anything and knows these cars very well. The body is in great shape with its original quarters. The only rust on this Mustang is surface rust as the car is originally from North Carolina. The body is a blank canvas ready for you to take to the next level or can be driven as it stands.

Here is a list of the work that has been performed:

· Upgraded to (4) speed transmission with totally rebuilt Ford Top Loader and Hurst shifter. All the clutch linkage and bell housing are from another Mustang

· New clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing

· Cleaned and painted engine compartment

· Rebuilt 351 Cleveland engine with small cam. Hardened valve seats for today’s fuels. New pistons and reconditioned rods.

· Holley carb

· Aluminum intake

· Power brake and front disc conversion

· Power steering freshened

· Rebuilt alternator

· Re-cored radiator

· All new radiator and heater hoses

· New heater core

· New exhaust

· New valve covers

· New front rotors and calipers

· New front shocks

· Magnum 500 wheels
